Trying to learn who produces Chicago brand reciprocating saws for Harbor Freight.

I have a tool I need a part for my harbor freight welder my welder is new but I lost my receipt
It's actually went no where yet , I can't seem to talk to anyone
Preferred solution: I need the replacement gun and the part the hose that connects to the welder for a Chicago electric band model number 57798 is a flux welder and I don't have my receipt I've lost my receipt I bought it in July of this year

Flux 100 welder
User's recommendation: I recently bought a flux welder from harbor freight to flux welder PCB board went up so they or I asked them to send me a new PCB board so that I can fix the welder and they chose not to even read my message to them so I do not recommend anybody using Chicago electric in the future they could have at least said you know you would have to pay for it or something they chose not to even read my message so that says how much they care about their customers

Missing parts
My in-laws bought me a router table with router from northern tool. And I mounted it inside my bench top And then I wanted to try it out.
I could not find the wrenches or the three chuck sleeves and it had no clear guard with it. When I called customer service I was told no parts were available and that there was nothing they could do. I shopped northern tool not only for home but for a multi-million dollar business and this is the worst customer service I have ever received.
The person that answered the phone was very point-blank about it and rude. I asked why they could not just open a Box and send me the parts since I have already mounted this one in my bench top, and I was told they could not do that, this makes no sense to me.

Bought bench top router & table. Need 2 replacement collet sleeves but they dont make replacements. Stuck using 1 size instead of 3. Ridiculous, since they make the parts that come with router.
- Affordability since im a do it yourself person
- You cant get replacement parts
Preferred solution: 1/2" & 3/8" chuck sleeves for my router table
